CP Ships announces management appointments

In anticipation of its public listing later this year, CP Ships has announced several corporate appointments:

Frank Halliwell, formerly Executive Vice President, is now Chief Operating Officer of CP Ships. As before, he reports to CEO Ray Miles and serves as Miles’ deputy. He also continues as a member of the CP Ships executive committee along with Miles and CFO Ian Webber.

John Irving has been appointed Vice President General Counsel and Secretary. Irving has joined CP Ships from Dairyworld Foods in Canada where he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He previously served as Vice President and General Counsel for Emco.

Jeremy Lee has been appointed Vice President Investor Relations and Corporate
Communications. He joined CP Ships in 1989 and has served in several commercial, marketing and planning roles.
