Danzas signs merger deal with RCC

Danzas logistics group has signed a merger deal with Royal Cargo Corporation (RCC), a logistics company in the Philippines.

RCC provides logistics services for the Philippine market, including air freight, ocean freight, import and export clearance, trucking, warehousing and insurance.

The motivation for the newly integrated company, Danzas AEI Inc., comes from Danzas’ plan to expand its logistics services into markets where a stronger global network is necessary to launch a more sophisticated and efficient method of shipping cargo.

Roughly half of the employees of the new joint company will come from the former Danzas Philippines, where the other half will consist of RCC employees. Former President of RCC Michael Raeuber will be heading Danzas AEI Inc., as Chief Executive Officer and Claude Schaer will be the Chief Operating Officer.
