DHL launches ‘Partnership Care’ Program
PLANTATION, Fla.DHL has announced the launch of its DHL Partnership CARE (Customer Activation Resolution and Enhancement) Program, designed to identify and tailor solutions to individual customer needs.
The program aims to ensure that customers with complex shipping and logistics needs have dedicated expertise and support at activation and during the start-up process, as well as throughout their relationship with DHL.
Under Partnership CARE, DHL will staff a cross-functional team of specialists in technology integration, billing, customer relations, operations and other areas, to develop shipping and logistics solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
Each Partnership CARE team is lead by a project manager who provides the customer with one single point of contact for all service and support issues as required throughout the entire relationship.
“This industry-leading program will ensure that all DHL customers with specialized needs are continually provided with the highest levels of support,” said John Pearson, executive vice president, commercial, for DHL.
The CARE program will provide one single point of contact to streamline communication, ensure timely response and provide easy access to the full array of DHL’s domestic and international transportation, logistics and shipping solutions, the company says.
