Don’t miss the Toronto Trucking Association’s seminar on absenteeism

The Toronto Trucking Association will be presenting a seminar on Absenteeism Control Programs, Progressive Discipline and Aligning your organization and its people for optimum performance on October 17.

The morning session on absenteeism control will be run by Erin Kuzz and Ms. Karen L. Fields of Mathews, Dinsdale & Clark LLP.

Dr. Mellema, President of Mellema Behavioral Science Group, will be holding an afternoon workshop focusing on how to develop organizational fitness and agility, in particular, as it relates to overcoming the "silent killers" to strategy implementation and change. Next to addressing the seven "silent killers" to strategy implementation, she will present methods for overcoming these and aligning your organization and its people for optimum performance.
