EC voices complaints on open skies non-compliance
The European Commission is bringing complaints to the European Court of Justice regarding seven countries that are not complying with Commission standards when negotiating open skies agreements with the United States
According to Cargoweb News, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, Sweden and the UK have been accused of defying European treaties stipulating that the European Union should act as a whole when dealing in transatlantic trade matters.
