Hitachi, a worldwide manufacturer of electronics, has selected Vanguard Global Services as a partner for its Canadian after-sales service parts distribution program.
Vanguard will assist Hitachi in re-aligning the support for the distribution of after-sales service parts for home electronic products for the Canadian market. Vanguard Global Services analyzed their business and developed a customized program that provides the management and distribution network from the United States to Hitachi’s Canadian customers.
Vanguard’s customized program assists Hitachi in meeting their objectives of eliminating inventory while also improving order fill rates, minimizing costs, eliminating back orders and improving customer service levels and customer order cut-off times. Hitachi also benefits from Vanguard’s management of the entire program for Hitachi and their personalized customer support.
