Kinedyne Canada promotes DiVito to inside sales and customer service manager

Toronto, Ont.–Larry Harrison, General Manager of Kinedyne Canada Limited, has announced the promotion of Romolo Di Vito as the company’s new Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager. Di Vito joined Kinedyne Canada in 2005 as a sales representative with an extensive work-history in the cargo-control industry. He since has become an essential part of the team by developing a military system for handling tenders, working directly with the engineers to develop new Military solutions and fine-tuning Kinedyne’s relationship with Military/Public Works Quality Departments, says Harrison.
“Romolo has the dedication, experience, and drive needed to succeed as a Manager at Kinedyne Canada. This promotion is a testament to his outstanding work as a sales representative and recognition of his leadership skills,” says Harrison.
As the Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager, DiVito will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the Customer Service Department as well as leading the Sure-Lok sales staff to meet their goals. Romolo will also maintain Kinedyne’s product budgets and stay in constant communication with the purchasing, production, and warehouse staff so they can best satisfy their customers’ needs.
In his new position, DiVito plans to implement an improved training system for new and current Customer Service staff members. The new system will use the team’s past experiences to identify and mend weak areas in the internal systems. This exploratory technique will provide a greater level of service and a more accurate chain of communication for both the company and the client. Romolo also plans to share the team’s findings with the rest of Kinedyne’s management so the entire company can benefit from this information.
