Kuehne & Nagel SpA acquires Logistics Srl

Kuehne & Nagel Group, in an effort to expand its contract logistics business worldwide, has acquired Milan-based company Logistics Srl.

Logistics Srl, with a team of 45 experts,specializes in the warehousing and distribution business , focusing on industries such as consumer goods, retail and automotive, and managing 25,000 square metres of warehouse space.

Ranked in Italy among the top ten freight forwarders, Kuehne & Nagel SpA intends to obtain an increasing market share in the Italian contract logistics market.
