Logipal Inc. acquires Adian Industrial Sales Ltd., Parry Sound Pallets Ltd.

Logipal Inc. has acquired Adian Industrial Sales Limited and Parry Sound Pallets Limited, reinforcing its position in the manufacturing and recycling of wooden pallets in the Windsor-Quebec corridor. Mr Worden Teasdale, P. Eng., president of those two companies will join LOGIPAL Inc. as Vice-President development.

Adian industrial sales has operated in Ontario since 1962 as a pallet manufacturer, recycler and broker. Its sales office will be integrated into Logipal’s Scarborough office. Parry Sound Pallets has been a manufacturer of specialty pallets and boxes in Central and Northern Ontario since 1964 and will continue to as a separate manufacturing division of Logipal Inc.

Logipal Inc. produces over 2.5 million new wooden pallet units and over 10 million recycled units annually. LOGIPAL Inc. employs over 200 personnel in its head office and plants.
