New facility part of EGL’s plans to strengthen core competencies

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — EGL Eagle Global Logistics is starting off the new year in its new Canadian head office.

The 215,000 square foot facility located minutes away from the airport is part of a long-term strategy to strengthen its core competencies and infrastructure, the company says.

Houston-based EGL, Inc. operates under the name EGL Eagle Global Logistics. EGL’s services include air and ocean freight forwarding, customs brokerage, local pickup and delivery service, materials management, warehousing, trade facilitation and procurement, and integrated logistics and supply chain management services.
