Clark, New Jersey—CaroTrans, a global NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) and ocean freight consolidator, has expanded its LCL (less than container load) and FCL (full container load) services between the US and France with a new direct, weekly New York-Marseilles service. This is in response to customer demand and offers reduced delivery costs and transit times to nearby major markets, such as Lyon, Nice and Toulouse.
Between the U.S. and Europe, CaroTrans offers a broad-range of comprehensive direct services, a total of 20, including: London, Liverpool, Manchester, Felixstowe, Dublin, Oslo, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Riga, St Petersburg, Prague, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, Bremen, Barcelona, Valencia, Milan, Le Havre and now Marseilles.
In the US, CaroTrans has a local network of 14 branch offices and 24 CFS (container freight stations).
