No freight guarantee on express products, says NWA Cargo

To reduce costs, NWA Cargo will suspend service guarantees indefinitely on its International Select 100, Domestic Specific Air (SPC) and its VIP Same Day Small Package products.

Rich Sells, Vice President Global Sales, said this effort will eliminate operational expense and administrative costs associated with processing claims.

“This change in policy is nothing more than an additional opportunity to reduce cost and, in no way, will negatively impact the reliability and premium service commitment of our Express Products,” he said.
