Montreal-headquartered Overseas Express Consolidators Canada Inc. has been named to the prestigious list of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies Award for 2001.
The Award is presented annually to 50 companies, of over 15,000, selected for their excellent products, motivated team of employees, and outstanding customer service. The 50 Best has come to symbolize Canadian success -companies that are growing rapidly and excelling in the global marketplace; companies that know how to win and create value in innovative ways; companies that are evolving, yet staying focused on their core vision. It is sponsored by Arthur Andersen, CIBC, the National Post and the Queen’s University School of Business.
“Clients choose us for our innovation and the value we offer, our strong global network and the 24/7 service. The 50 Best evaluators highlighted our major investments in training, systems and communications that make this high level of customer satisfaction possible,” commented OEC Canada President Marc Bibeau on hearing the news.”
OEC Canada was selected after a careful review of its business processes. The 50 Best Award recognizes best practices in customer satisfaction and customer service, in employee training and empowerment and in other key management areas.
