Panalpina and AIT Worldwide Logistics team up to boost service offerings

Global forwarding and logistics provider Panalpina Group and US freight forwarder AIT Worldwide Logistics have agreed to formed a strategic non-financial alliance.

The two companies will join together in developing supply chain management solutions and door-to-door services.

AIT will provide US domestic services for the Panalpina Group, while gaining access to Panalpina’s worldwide network. The Panalpina Group has over 330 offices in 70 countries and employs about 12,000 people worldwide. AIT has offices in 36 US cities and over 800 employees.
