Panalpina, Inc. appoints Executive V-P North America

Panalpina, Inc. has appointed Vincent F. Gulisano as Executive Vice President, Operations for its North American Region, which includes the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Gulisano, 42, joins Panalpina from APL Logistics, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Prior to APL, Gulisano was Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Electron Economy, a supply chain software company. Previously, he was with USCO Logistics Services for 13 years, where he was Executive Vice President / General Manager for International Operations.

His leadership and operations expertise will benefit the company and our team as we aggressively expand our presence in the North American and Trans-Pacific markets,” said Regional President and CEO, David I. Beatson.

Gulisano will be based at the company’s new North American Region corporate headquarters, which will be based in Foster City (San Francisco), California.
