Freight forwarder and logistics provider Panalpina is relocating its Canadian headquarters to Mississauga, Ontario.
Panalpina’s four Toronto offices will be amalgated into the new 300,000 square foot logistics centre, located at 6350 Cantay Road.
Amalgamating its offices is in direct response to growing customer demand for more integrated services, Panalpina says adding that it will now be able to provide more focused services, all without interrupting current shipping operations.
“We’ve done more than simply integrate our offices, we have streamlined our service offerings to provide customers with the most time- and cost-efficient logistics services available,” says Werner Herding, Executive Vice-President of Panalpina Canada.
The primary focus of Panalpina’s business is on intercontinental airfreight and seafreight. Panalpina Canada was founded in Montreal in 1947 and has since become one of the country’s leading freight forwarders and customs brokers. Panalpina Canada covers the full spectrum of freight forwarding services, including integrated warehousing and distribution.
