Qantas Freight launches Internet tracking

Qantas Freight has launched two new internet tracking facilities called “Follow Me Tracking” and “City to City Tracking”.

Follow Me Tracking is said to provide shippers with the ability to request regular automatic status updates on their freight shipments, while City to City Tracking provides automatic status updates on a pre-defined range of air waybills nominated by the user.

According to the company, the new facilities provide a faster and more proactive system of tracking. The company promises additional functionality will be added over the coming months.
