Customers can choose the Time-Critical service or the Time-Advantage service. The Time-Critical service provides guaranteed solutions for critical shipments moving across the border in emergency situations, where failing to deliver is not an option.

Service options cover any transit speed you require – on a specific day by noon or by 5:00 p.m.; within a specific window of time, on a precise day; or within a multi-day delivery window. This service is guaranteed to be delivered on-time, every time, or there will be no billing.

Time-based services can also be ordered using a new quote-free purchase option, which allows customers to simply check off their desired delivery option on the Bill of Lading sticker supplied by Reimer Express.
