Schneider National Inc. earns ISO 9001:2000 recertification

Green Bay, Wisc. –Schneider National, Inc., and its subsidiary, Schneider Logistics, have recently received ISO 9001:2000 certification. Schneider National locations in Green Bay, Wis., and Farmington Hills, Mich., were included in the certification. The International Organization for Standardization has awarded Schneider this prestigious certification since 1998.

ISO 9001:2000 helps both product- and service-oriented organizations achieve standards of quality that are recognized and respected all over the world. The international standard provides a trusted framework for an effective quality management system that helps ensure consistency and improvement in working practices that meet the requirements of business as well as the broader needs of a globally-minded society.

To be considered for the certification, Schneider National successfully completed an external audit analyzing its processes and Quality Management System. ABS Quality Evaluations, an accredited third-party registrar, determined that Schneider National continues to meet the needs of the standard, in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 guidelines.
