Trucking software company acquired

Accord Software Inc, a Markham, Ontario-based trucking software company, was purchased by Robocom Systems International.

Accord produces transportation management and enterprise resource software solutions for the trucking industry. Its flagship product is Centerline Transportation Management Software. It also offers modules to manage business activities such as order entry, dispatch, cross-dock, rating, driver settlement and accounting.

Based in Farmingdale, New York, Robocom Systems develops and integrates supply chain management software, including warehouse management, transportation management, order management and labour management solutions.

Accord’s founder, Tony De Feo, says, “We believe Robocom’s supply chain solutions and professional approach to project management and customer support will be important to Accord customers. Robocom’s size and strength will be of great interest to those who are interested in the power of Accord’s software.”
