Your feedback will not only help us set benchmarks for carrier service in each mode, it will also identify the nation’s best carriers. The results will be published in the July-August 2021 issue of Inside Logistics.
The survey sets benchmarks for eight Key Performance Indicators relating to the service provided by carriers across all modes of freight transportation.
The survey is conducted on behalf of Inside Logistics magazine by the research firm of Bramm Research and in partnership with the Freight Management Association of Canada and CITT.
Your feedback will help us set benchmarks for carrier service in every mode, and identify the nation’s best carriers. The results will be published in the July-August issue of Inside Logistics.
The survey will ask you to rate the importance of eight key performance indicators, and how influential they are in your selection of suppliers for each mode of transport.
The second step will involve rating up to three of your top suppliers in each mode, in these same eight performance categories.
This information will allow us to compare the overall quality of service for each mode, and to identify the country’s leading suppliers. In the final section of the survey, you will be asked some questions about your company.
