Odyssey Logistics
Odyssey Logistics, a multimodal logistics company, announced the appointment of Ravi Tulsyan as chief financial officer. Tulsyan joins Odyssey after last serving as CFO at XPO, Inc.
Tulsyan brings more than two decades of senior finance leadership across logistics and industrial companies with deep experience supporting growth, operational discipline and complex transformations. At XPO, Tulsyan led global finance and legal functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, audit, shared services and procurement. He played a key leadership role in multiple value-creating initiatives, including the successful spin-offs of GXO Logistics and RXO, as well as the divestiture of XPO’s intermodal business.
Prior to XPO, Tulsyan held senior financial positions at The ADT Corporation and Tyco International, where he guided large capital market transactions and corporate transformations.
AutoScheduler.AI
AutoScheduler.AI, an AI-based decision agent that unifies and automates warehouse decision-making, announced that Jon Veschio has joined the company as vice-president of sales. As vice-president of sales, Veschio will lead sales strategy and partner closely with customers to apply AutoScheduler’s Warehouse Decision Agent to real-world challenges involving labour, inventory, dock scheduling and execution variability.
Dematic
Dematic, a supply chain automation company, announced that Alexandre Guiard rejoined the company as senior vice-president, business solutions for the Americas region. In this role, Guiard will lead the business solutions sales strategy and execution for the Americas, bringing these functions together to strengthen regional performance and support scalable growth.
Guiard previously led the Americas Project Execution team at Dematic before joining VALEO’s Brain Division Group in Japan, where he was later appointed as national president for VALEO Japan and ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations). Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at KPS Capital Partners, Faurecia Automotive Seating and VALEO Thermal Business Group.
Rhenus Logistics
Rhenus Logistics announced Ritesh Nair will take on the role of regional project director – North America supporting the company’s project cargo division in the region.
In his new role, Nair will oversee and drive sales strategy across the North American region for Rhenus Project Logistics with a focus on increasing market share. He will work in collaboration with global teams to generate growth and continue to deliver complex, oversized and heavy-lift cargo safely and reliably.
