Commercial real estate services firm CBRE has enhanced the leadership of its Americas leasing business by appointing John Morris to group president, leasing for its U.S. and Canada Advisory business and Chris Zubel to executive managing director of industrial and logistics.

Morris, who has led CBRE’s Americas industrial and logistics business since 2019, will now also lead CBRE’s leasing in the office, retail, life sciences and health care sectors. Zubel, a 23-year CBRE veteran, previously led investor leasing within CBRE’s industrial and logistics division and, separately, oversaw CBRE’s Midwest operations in the U.S.
