ePost Global, Easyship launch shipping integration to boost multi-carrier flexibility

ePost Global and Easyship have launched a new “Link Your Own Carrier” integration aimed at giving businesses greater control over shipping operations amid changing trade requirements, fluctuating carrier capacity and rising fulfillment costs.

The companies said the integration allows businesses to connect existing ePost Global accounts directly within the Easyship platform, enabling high-volume label generation while maintaining negotiated rates and routing preferences. Companies without a direct ePost Global account can also access ePost Global services through Easyship.

The companies said the integration supports a growing shift among brands and retailers toward multi-carrier strategies as firms look to reduce dependence on single-carrier models, improve cost predictability and strengthen operational resilience.

The platform also includes support for multi-carrier shipping across domestic and international lanes, cross-border tools for duties and tax calculations, and faster batch label creation for warehouse and fulfillment teams.

“Merchants don’t want to be locked into rigid shipping workflows – especially in today’s cross-border environment,” said Helaine Rich, vice-president of strategic sales and administration, ePost Global. “They want the ability to maintain their carrier relationships while leveraging the platforms that help them scale. This integration reflects a broader shift toward flexibility and operational resilience in global commerce.”

The companies said the collaboration combines ePost Global’s carrier network with Easyship’s shipping automation and cross-border compliance tools to simplify global shipping operations.

“Merchants are under pressure to ship faster, control costs and stay compliant without being locked into a single carrier strategy,” said Augustin Ceyrac, co-founder of Easyship. “This new integration gives ePost Global customers the best of both worlds: they can keep their negotiated rates and operational preferences while unlocking Easyship’s shipping automation, multi-carrier rate comparisons, shipping discounts and cross-border tools in one unified workflow.”

The companies said the partnership is intended to help global sellers reduce friction in shipping operations while maintaining flexibility as trade conditions evolve.
