Blue Giant has released a new dock leveller, the NextGen Ultra.
Designed for heavy duty applications, the NextGen Ultra is a hydraulic dock leveller for up to 40,000-pound dynamic loads or 80,000-lb. static capacity.
The leveller has multiple full length structural beams, a continuous full-width lip pin, and rear hinge support to even out load distribution. Deck and lip cylinders are fully hydraulic, and an open front frame makes for easy cleaning and maintenance.
“The NextGen Ultra rounds out our NextGen Dock series,” said Steve Barbosa, Blue Giant’s president.
“We wanted to ensure that the innovative design elements of our NextGen series were available for applications that require a dock leveller with a high load capacity. In addition, it rationalizes the product offering to provide consistent quality and incorporates our automated manufacturing technologies.”
The leveller is operated with single button or master control panels and has dual lockable dock struts for safe servicing.
Mississauga, Ontario-based Blue Giant Equipment has been providing loading docks and material handling equipment, including dock levellers, industrial trucks, vehicle restraints, scissor lift tables, touch controls, dock and door guards, seals and shelters, and HVLS fans for 58 years.
