GlobalTranz buys Worthington Logistics Solutions

PHOENIX, Arizona — GlobalTranz Enterprises, Inc, a technology-driven freight management solution provider, has acquired Worthington Logistics Solutions, a freight brokerage and logistics company.

Worthington Logistics Solutions brings years of freight management expertise and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, making it a valuable acquisition.

This is the company’s third acquisition in six months and comes just weeks after its announcement on the acquisition of Logistics Planning Services and its receipt of the ACG Arizona Deal of the Year Award for the acquisition of Global Freight Source.
