Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has hired Richard Wex for the position of association vice-president of its programs branch.
Kevin Taylor has joined DTA Services Ltd, a Toronto, Ontario-based company that specializes freight transportation cost-control, as its vice-president and general manager. He has been working in the transportation industry for over 25 years.
Minneapolis, Minnesota-based XRS Corp, a fleet management and compliance software solutions provider for the trucking industry, has a new president and CEO. Brendan Reidy has joined the company and will report to chair and CEO Jay Coughlan.
Glenn Hewson has been named as senior vice-president of global marketing for Pleasanton, California-based robot and manufacturer Adept Technology Inc.
Canton, Massachusetts-based Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc has promoted Scott Murphy to the role of chief supply officer. He will oversee a variety of supply chain initiatives designed to improve restaurant economics and franchisee profitability for the company which controls the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins brands.
American Software Inc, an Atlanta, Georgia-based provider of supply chain management software, is undergoing some management changes, effective May 1. James Edenfield, founder and current president and CEO of the company will become executive chairman. Current executive vice-president and chief operating officer Michael Edenfield will step into the duties of president and CEO. He will also continue to serve as president and CEO of American Software’s Logility Inc subsidiary.
