Who’s on the move this week [September 11, 2012]

Fabrice Beslin is the new president of the Mantiou Group’s Industrial Material Handling Division. He replaces Jean Lous Hervieu who retired from the Ancenis, France-based heavy equipment manufacturer.

Moog Inc has a new vice-president of the corporation. As part of his duties in the role, Patrick Roche will be responsible for overseeing quality control, supply chain, and information technology operations. Moog is based in East Aurora, New York, and manufactures precision control components and systems for military and commercial aircraft and vehicles.

YRC Freight, an Overland Park, Kansas-based transport company specializing in LTL shipping solutions, appointed Maynard Skarka in the newly created role of chief operations officer. He will be responsible for strategic planning and leading the day-to-day operations of the network team.  He will report directly to YRC Freight president Jeff Rogers.

Pete Allen is the new CEO of Manchester, New Hampshire-based Cadec Global Inc. Cadec offers enterprise fleet management solutions.
