GoFor has appointed Dillon McDonald president. McDonald joined GoFor in June 2021 as chief revenue officer. Before joining GoFor, he was vice-president of incubation at National Grid Ventures. McDonald will continue to oversee marketing, sales, and brand while adding oversight of GoFor’s operations, logistics, and technology groups in his expanded leadership role.
Stryder Group has appointed Brad Jones as CEO of Logic-Ology Logistics. Jones will also serve on the Stryder Group executive committee. During his 30-plus-year career, Jones has held senior leadership positions within both private and public Canadian and USA trucking, class 1 railroads, and logistics companies. In the interim, Jones will be based in the Toronto market, managing Logic-Ology’s offices in Vancouver, Seattle, Atlanta and Toronto while looking to open additional branch offices throughout North America.
Richard Coulombe has been named senior vice-president, strategic initiatives at Lion Electric. Coulombe will be responsible for leading Lion’s growth and strategic initiatives, with a focus on projects including the Joliet, Ill. manufacturing facility and the Lion Campus in Mirabel, Quebec. Coulombe’s experience spans over 25 years, with previous executive positions at Alstom, Bombardier Transportation and Pratt & Whitney. Eric Pansegrau is joining the company as general manager of the Joliet Plant. Pansegrau brings over 25 years of operational expertise in the automotive sector, having most recently served as vice-president of operations for the wheel end division at Accuride.
East Coast Warehouse & Distribution has named Larry Faschan Jr. as vice-president of human resources.Faschan joins East Coast Warehouse from Performance Foodservice Group, where he was director of human resources. He holds a bachelor of science, and a certificate of industrial and labor relations studies from Cornell University.
Tom Finn joins Logiwa as the company’s VP of finance, coming from a leadership background in high-tech SaaS firms. Most recently Finn was CFO for Streamline Healthcare Solution, a Chicago- based tech company that provides SaaS software solutions to behavioral health organizations nationwide. In the past he has held leadership roles at multiple rapidly growing tech companies including Peapod, a pioneer in U.S. e-commerce.
