Oatey

Erin Drotleff

Oatey Co., a manufacturer in the plumbing industry since 1916, has promoted director, North American sourcing Erin Drotleff to vice-president, sourcing. She will report to Scott Voisinet, senior vice-president, supply chain. Drotleff joined Oatey’s Sourcing department in February of 2020. Before that she held sourcing and purchasing management positions at Republic Steel, Medical Mutual, Cleveland-Cliffs, and Deloitte Consulting. Based in Cleveland, Drotleff is a graduate of the University of Mount Union, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology. In 2020, Drotleff earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Fourkites

Rebecca Nerad

Fabrizio (Fab) Brasca has been promoted to FourKites‘s chief strategy officer. Brasca joined FourKites last year as EVP, industry and market strategy. Rebecca Nerad joined the company as vice-president of global customer success. Nerad has over 20 years in the supply chain industry, holding customer success roles for companies such as i2 Technologies, JDA Software and Bristlecone. Most recently, she served as the vice-president of customer success at e2open.

Beumer Group

Kay Wieczorek has be appointed to head the Center of Competence (CoC) Product Business at the Beumer Group. As divisional director, he is responsible for the cement, building materials, chemicals and FMCG divisions. Wieczorek studied Sales Engineering and Product Management at the Ruhr University in Bochum. He has been with the Beumer Group since 2014. Until the end of last year, he was responsible for cement division sales. Wieczorek succeeds Norbert Stemich, who was appointed CSO of BEUMER Machinery (Shanghai) in China at the turn of the year.

Tompkins Robotics

Lauren Fiochetta

Tompkins Robotics has named Lauren Fiochetta its senior marketing manager. Before joining Tompkins, Fiochetta held marketing management roles for global manufacturing companies in the logistics, industrial materials and beverage industries, directing data-driven marketing campaigns encompassing advertising, public relations, social media and a variety of other digital marketing channels. She graduated from Westminster College in Utah with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
