Andlauer Healthcare Group

Sandro Caccaro

Stephen Barr retired from the Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. on December 31, 2023. Barr served as the company’s president, transportation since its initial public offering in December 2019. He is succeeded by Sandro Caccaro who serves as president, transportation – Canada and will be responsible for leading the company’s ATS Healthcare operations moving forward. Caccaro joined Andlauer Healthcare in June 2023, and has more than 20 years of experience in the Canadian transportation industry. Before joining Andlauer, Caccaro spent eight years at VersaCold Logistics Servces, most recently as chief operating officer. Barr will be offering his consulting services to AHG for special projects for the foreseeable future.

Kenworth Truck Company

Jim Walenczak

Jim Walenczak has been named general manager of Kenworth Truck Company and PACCAR vice president. Before his current position, Walenczak served for two years as Kenworth assistant general manager for sales and marketing. Walenczak has been with PACCAR for 13 years, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including fleet, region and general sales manager positions at Kenworth and assistant general manager – operations at PACCAR Parts. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington, and attended the Stanford Executive Program in 2023. Walenczak is based at Kenworth Truck Company headquarters in Kirkland, Washington.

Trax Technologies

Trax Technologies has appointed Steve Liebman as senior vice-president of sales and John Vallely as chief operating officer. Both report directly to CEO Hampton Wall. Liebman brings 25 years of experience. Liebman’s previous leadership roles include senior vice-president of sales for Capitol Canary, head of sales and client services for Bloomberg Industry Group, and senior director of field sales for Thomson Reuters. Vallely brings more than 20 years of experience to Trax, having led organizations in the technology, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, legal, and transportation industries. Previously, he held leadership roles at E2open, Ritchie Bros., ConocoPhillips, and Intapp.
