Stacey Sarris

Trailcon Leasing, Inc has appointed Stacey Sarris as vice-president of marketing and client success. Bringing over two decades of expertise in marketing and branding, Sarris has led the strategic vision of successful omni-channel marketing for a diverse group of brands, including Microsoft, LG, The Weather Network, Canadian Tire, Sony and Ryder.

Kinaxis

Kinaxis Inc. has appointed Margaret Franco as chief marketing officer. Reporting to president and CEO John Sicard, Franco will lead the global marketing organization, including advertising and brand strategy, marketing communications, product and solution marketing, digital marketing, demand generation and business development. She will be based in London, UK. Franco was previously chief marketing officer at Finastra and before that held senior marketing roles in North America, Europe and Asia at Dell during a 13-year tenure. In 2022, Franco was ranked fourth on the Financial Technology Report Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology.

Smarthop

Courteney McDonnell has joined freight booking and fleet management platform SmartHop as chief revenue officer. As an award-winning SaaS executive with more than a decade of experience, McDonnell served as the CRO and head of customer success for Measurabl, an ESG solution for real estate. Her experience also includes leading teams at Placester, Inc., a digital marketing real estate solution, as director of customer success. McDonnell also served as manager of customer success for Brainshark, a sales readiness software solution. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Saint Michael’s College.

Neo Air Group

Nadin Schuck

Nadin Schuck joins cargo charter and aviation services provider Neo Air Group as sales specialist, working in its recently launched airfreight department, which provides solutions exclusively for trade customers with shipments that are not large enough to justify part or full charter. Her aviation services career to date includes both passenger and cargo, most recently in sales at cargo GSSA Euro Cargo Aviation GmbH. Previously, she was secretary to the executive board and administration centre manager for airport operator Flughafen Frankfurt-Hahn. Schuck has a degree in marketing.

Fernanda Abe

Fernanda Abe has taken up the new post of time critical business development manager, in which she will focus on strengthening Neo’s On Board Courier and Time Critical offerings. Abe graduated in tourism at a leading university in her native Brazil, after which she spent over six years in the events, travel and hospitality sectors, followed by a further five years in logistics and freight forwarding. Her more recent experience has centred on time critical cargo. With Japanese heritage, Fernanda is multi-lingual and has extensive experience working in global markets, where she developed strong customer relations skills.
