Righthand Robotics

RightHand Robotics has appointed Brian Owen as CEO. Previously, Owen was the CEO and president of Cambridge Semantics Inc. He also served in senior roles at White Cup, SunGard, ORACLE Corporation, MapInfo and Computer Associates, among others. Owen earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Boston College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Yaro Tenzer, co-founder, and former CEO, now moves into the role of chairman.

Custom Truck One Source

Ryan McMonagle, president and chief operating officer of Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is being promoted to CEO, succeeding Fred Ross on his retirement on March 20, 2023. Ross is expected to continue his employment with the company as founder and will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors. McMonagle joined Custom Truck One Source as the company’s CFO in 2015. He was named COO in 2017 and assumed the additional role of president in 2021.

Tompkins Solutions

Steven Nickel has joined Tompkins Solutions as senior director of operations. Nickel brings over 30 years of project management experience to Tompkins, most recently as senior project manager for Material Handling Systems, Inc.

Transship

Transship has appointed Marcelo Oliveira chief operations officer, Abhishek Iyer as the new chief technology officer, and Daniel Ruben as the company’s first advisor. Oliveira joined the Transship team as head of operations in August 2022. He brings 15 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, imports, and exports. Iyer brings nearly two decades of technology and engineering experience to Transship, having previously founded and led Imaginext, utilizing modern UI technologies for web and mobile platforms. Iyer has worked with Transship over the last five years. Ruben brings a wealth of experience in the food and AgTech industries, having most recently held leadership and advisory roles at Stockeld Dreamery, Blume Equity, and Veat Foods.
