Who’s on the move: May 2, 2022

Tompkins Robotics has added two new leaders to its executive team. Wes Goode and Sean OFarrell will be serving as vice-presidents of operations. Goode has been in the material handling industry for 25 years, serving as an executive for global material handling integrators Vanderlande, Knapp and FKI, as well as the United States Postal Service. OFarrell will be responsible for go-to-market strategies in retail micro fulfillment centres. Previously, he spent a decade with Dematic Corporation as global market development director, where he worked in grocery and wholesale business-to-business verticals.

Transflo

Renee Krug has been named CEO of Transflo, allowing Frank Adelman to become Transflo’s chairman of the board, while Bill Vitti was announced as president and chief revenue officer. Krug has a diverse background in the transportation industry, having recently served as CEO of GlobalTranz. She also has experience on the carrier side from her leadership roles at Swift Transportation, and shipper experience from Honeywell. In 2018, Krug was presented with the Distinguished Women in Logistics Award by Women in Trucking. Vitti joins Transflo as president, with more than 25 years’ experience in the transportation industry. He served as chief commercial officer for Truckstop.com. Vitti was also president of Swift Logistics, and head of marketing and strategy for Swift Transportation.

The Manitowoc Company

David Antoniuk will step down as chief financial officer of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. effective May 2, 2022, and will be succeeded by Brian Regan. Antoniuk will transition into an advisory role to the CEO until January 2, 2023, at which time he will retire. Regan, who served as vice-president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer, is promoted to executive vice-president and CFO. Regan has been in the VP role since November 2018 and was also responsible for treasury over the last 12 months. Before Manitowoc, Regan worked at SPX Corporation from 2006 to 2018, and was most recently vice-president finance, CFO of SPX Transformer Solutions. Regan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting.
