Gebrüder Weiss

Gebrüder Weiss has named Lars Nielsen Canada country manager. Nielsen brings more than 30 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations in Canada to his new position. Nielsen is based at the Toronto office, and is responsible for the branches in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.

Kalmar

Mike Conroy has been appointed director, services, North America at Kalmar. Conroy spent the first decade of his professional life in the printing industry, gaining valuable experience in customer service and sales. He then moved to manufacturing-related positions, including planning, scheduling, production supervision, cost estimating, and sourcing. In 2008, he joined Kalmar, initially working in the Sourcing department, where he managed several categories for Terminal Tractor production in Ottawa, Kansas. He played a pivotal role in the successful transition of the Princeton Truck Mounted Forklift business from Canal Winchester, Ohio, to Ottawa. In 2010, he became the sourcing and supplier development manager for the Ottawa MAU, overseeing the Global Axle Category for Kalmar as well. In 2018, Conroy assumed the terminal tractor after sales responsibilities globally. Marques Askins has been named the new terminal tractor parts manager.

FourKites

FourKites has expanded its team. Juliana Ravetto, vice-president of global solutions consulting, brings 20 years of supply chain experience focusing on transportation and execution, including her previous role at Blue Yonder, where she was director of TMS Pre-Sales. Tom Gregorchik, vice-president of industry strategy, has over 20 years of supply chain technology expertise across different disciplines, including execution, planning and strategy. Gregorchik was previously a senior industry principal at Kinaxis, supporting the sales organization in executive value industry positioning and value engineering. Boris Freudenfeld, global solutions consultant, Europe, has a decade of experience in technical sales for software solutions in real-time visibility and supply chain management.
