CITT Toronto Area Council

The CITT Toronto Area Council had its annual elections meeting September 13, 2023 and elected a new executive team for 2023-2024. The following posts were filled. DSV

Effective 30 September 2024, DSV Group CEO Jens Bjørn Andersen will step down after 16 years in charge of the DSV Group. The current Group COO Jens H. Lund will assume the position of Group CEO of DSV A/S. Lund is a Danish citizen and has been a member of the executive board of DSV A/S since 2002, first as Group CFO and since 2021 as Group COO.

Etihad Cargo

Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Airways, has promoted Soufyan Mouaniss to the role of director West cargo commercial. He will lead all commercial activity for the carrier in the West region, including Europe and the Americas. He will be based in Etihad Cargo’s head office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Mouaniss joined Etihad Cargo in 2019 as general manager Benelux and Nordic region, and most recently was area general manager North and West Europe.

Swissport International

Guillaume Halleux joins Swissport International AG as chief commercial officer and member of the executive leadership team. Halleux brings over 25 years of experience and joins Swissport from Qatar Airways Cargo, where he served as chief officer cargo at the airline’s Doha head office. Previously, he served as the airline’s vice-president cargo Asia Pacific. He started his career with Air France in 1997, where he held several positions in logistics and business development before joining the SkyTeam Cargo US joint venture between Air France, Delta Airlines, and Korean Air. Later he was appointed regional director for Hong Kong and South China at Air France-KLM. A French citizen, Guillaume holds a master’s in business administration from ICN Business School in Nancy, France.
