East Coast Warehouse & Distribution

East Coast Warehouse & Distribution, a temperature-controlled logistics provider to the food and beverage industry located on the Port of New York/New Jersey and in Philadelphia, has named Kevin Daly chief commercial officer (CCO). Daly brings more than 30 years of sales and operational experience in the logistics industry to both East Coast Warehouse and its executive team. He joins East Coast Warehouse from Seafrigo USA, where he served as vice-president. In addition to his role at Seafrigo, he has worked for companies such as Preferred Freezer Services and DHL Express. Daly has a Bachelor of Science in Management and Labor Relations from Niagara University.

Rob Walpole

Delta Cargo

Rob Walpole is the new vice president for Delta Cargo. He replaces Shawn Cole, who will become the new vice president-global sales. Delta Cargo will join the commercial organization and Walpole will report to Steve Sear, executive vice-president–global sales and president-international. Walpole joined Delta to lead Cargo’s Global Operations and Logistics organization in Aug. 2019, bringing extensive leadership experience in the logistics and supply chain sector.

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company

Soren Toft started his new role as CEO of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company on December 2, 2020. He reports directly to Diego Aponte, MSC group president, and Gianluigi Aponte, founder and MSC group chairman. Toft oversees MSC’s global cargo businesses including ocean liner and logistics. He will also be a member of the board of directors of Terminal Investment Ltd (TiL), the terminals business which is majority-owned by MSC. Toft joins MSC from Maersk, where he served as COO since 2013 and later as a member of the executive board.

Interroll

Interroll has appointed Anders Otte Jørgensen as the new managing director for Interroll Nordic A/S. Jørgensen brings in extensive experience and knowledge within the fields of business development, sales and management both on strategic and operational level. In his previous leading roles, he was the local business unit manager, drives and controls ontrols for ABB as well as CEO of Arcon Solar, a Part of VKR Holding (VELUX). He holds a master of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
