Edge Copper names new director, CFO, supply chain expert

Edge Copper Corporation has appointed Sarah Terrell to its board of directors and named Brent Arsenault chief financial officer, effective Oct. 1.
Terrell brings more than 25 years of experience in commodities trading, international supply chains, business development and risk management. She currently serves as senior vice-president of trading and global head of sulfuric acid at Trammo Inc., where she oversees the company’s global sulfuric acid trading business and a team of trading and logistics professionals.
According to the company, Terrell has worked in the commercialization and distribution of sulfuric acid in Chile and Peru, primarily serving the copper mining sector.
Arsenault, who has been a senior finance consultant to Edge Copper since 2025, succeeds retiring CFO Patricia Fong. He has previously held senior finance roles with Brio Gold Inc. and Yamana Inc..
“Her expertise in international supply chains, commercial development and corporate governance will further strengthen the capabilities of our Board,” said Gil Clausen, chair and CEO of Edge Copper.
