Alberta minerals company acquires local trucking fleet

Peaskie Minerals Inc., a minerals and aggregates company, has acquired the assets of a local trucking company and has created a new company, MC Peaskie Transportation Services Inc.

Peaskie Minerals says the move will enhance the company’s logistics capabilities and operational efficiency.

MC Peaskie Transportation Services will provide Peaskie Minerals with a dedicated trucking fleet to handle a portion of its local deliveries of non-energy products to its customers, raw material hauling and the transportation of energy products to transload facilities.
