Pallet rack spill containment sumps

by Inside Logistics Online Staff

Pallet rack spill containment sumps from Denios catch spills and drips associated with liquid storage and dispensing, keeping the area neat and safe.

Containment sumps positioned beneath the drum rack are manufactured of galvanized heavy gauge steel.

They use a fully welded frame construction for durability, with sump welds inspected with low-viscous test to ensure leak tightness.

A galvanized steel grating provides a secure platform for vertical drums. A forklift pocket allows sumps to be moved easily.

Sumps are sized to meet or exceed OSHA, EPA, NFPA, UFC, and other requirements.

Poly sump liners are available for highly corrosive liquids.

Versatile designs and configurations allow the vertical or horizontal storage of drums, pails, and small containers, as well as IBC totes, and more.  Manufactured in the US, Denios Pallet Rack Sumps and Inserts are designed for the storage of all types of liquids, including those that are highly corrosive.

Denios specializes in providing products that handle hazardous substances. It serves North American customers from a 100,000 square foot facility in Louisville, Kentucky, where it manufactures everything from the original spill pallet which launched the company, to highly engineered, fire-rated chemical storage buildings.
