Trucking HR Canada launches updated HR assessment tool for employers

Trucking HR Canada has launched an updated version of its HR Circle Check tool aimed at helping trucking and logistics employers assess and improve workplace practices.

The free and confidential online tool is designed to help employers evaluate areas including workplace culture, employee experience, leadership practices and overall business performance.

THRC said the tool is intended particularly for small and medium-sized trucking and logistics companies, where human resources responsibilities are often combined with other operational duties.

“Many trucking and logistics employers know their people practices are vital to business success, but finding the time and expertise to evaluate them can be challenging,” said Angela Splinter, CEO of Trucking HR Canada. “The HR Circle Check is designed to make that process simple, practical, and accessible, giving employers clear insights and realistic next steps that fit their business.”

According to THRC, the assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete and does not require employers to upload documents or prepare additional materials.

Participants receive a customized report within three to five business days outlining HR strengths, opportunities for improvement and recommendations tailored to the trucking and logistics sector.

The organization said employers will also receive links to additional THRC resources, tools and training programs intended to support long-term workforce development.
