National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council selects full service association manager

WASHINGTON, DC–The National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council (NASSTRAC) announced it has selected SmithBucklin to provide full-service association management. NASSTRAC’s headquarters have re-located from Minneapolis, Minn. to Washington, D.C., the association said in a release.
“SmithBucklin has made the transition process practically seamless,” said Doug Easley, president of NASSTRAC.
“We look forward to new opportunities to grow NASSTRAC, and with SmithBucklin’s leadership, bring even more value to our membership.”
Founded in 1952, NASSTRAC is a national professional association serving the community of supply chain and transportation executives who represent manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors and third-party logistics companies. With more than 500 members in the United States, NASSTRAC’s mission is to be the leading provider of advocacy, education, connections and solutions to transportation and logistics professionals who manage freight across all modes.
