CEO of Halifax Port Authority set to retire
The board of directors of the Halifax Port Authority has announced that David Bellefontaine, president and CEO, will retire at the end of this month.
Bellefontaine has served the Port of Halifax for 33 years, in progressive positions, and has led the organization as CEO since 1984. Under his leadership the port posted record results in 2000 for traffic levels and financial performance.
