Convergys Corporation, an integrated billing and customer care services provider, has signed a three-year contract renewal to provide technical support services for FedEx Corporate Services, Inc.
Convergys will provide direct customer support for FedEx platform PCs, software, and printers through the FedEx Customer Technical Support organization.
Convergys’ technical support services capitalize on the integration of the latest web-based customer service technologies with traditional channels such as phone, fax, mail, and integrated voice response to ensure responsive customer service.
