RMT Robotics appoints new customer care manager

GRIMSBY, Ont. — RMT Robotics has hired Dave Barker as its customer care manager. Prior to accepting the new position, Barker had been employed at Automated Tooling Systems (ATS) for 12 years, working in a variety of roles that lead to his advancement to manager of technical services. Officials say Barker was “instrumental in building a very successful technical services team focused on delivering excellence in customer care through superior technical expertise.”

“Dave’s proven track record of success in designing and managing customer care programs combined with his training in electronic engineering will be an invaluable asset in meeting RMT’s service goals and objectives from its growing North American and global client base,” says Rick Trigatti, operations manager at RMT Robotics.
