TransCore and myFreightWorld Enter into Partnership

Freight exchange TransCore, along with its recent acquisition of DAT Services and Link Logistics, now announces a partnership with myFreightWorld. The move links TransCore’s DAT Services network, a predominantly truckload freight exchange service, with myFreightWorld’s less-than-truckload (LTL) online service.

A recent customer survey indicates that nearly half of TransCore’s freight exchange customers need access to the LTL transportation segment, as well as the ability to negotiate LTL shipments in the same online environment they use for their truckload negotiations.

“With access to myFreightWorld LTL offerings and TransCore’s full-truckload services, brokers will benefit from expanded transportation options and new business partners,” said Owen Geisz, myFreightWorld’s chief operating officer.
