TransForce concludes acquisition of Japiro Transport

Montreal-Que-headquartered motor carrier TransForce has concluded its acquisition of the assets of Japiro Transport Ltee.

A new subsidiary of TransForce was created and now operates under the name Select Tranport.

TransForce President and CEO Alain Bedard says the acquisition will boost his company’s presence in the LTL and TL sectors in Quebec. He expects the acquisition to add $10 million annually to TransForce’s revenues.
