CIGO Tracker launches new return-to-depot visibility tool

CIGO Tracker has launched a new feature designed to give dispatchers and warehouse teams real-time visibility into when drivers are returning to the depot.

The feature, called Homebound, uses route analytics to predict return-to-depot times and indicate driver availability for secondary assignments or end-of-day planning. The company says the tool is intended to address gaps in traditional fleet management systems, which often track active routes but provide limited insight into return patterns, forcing dispatchers to rely on manual check-ins.

CIGO Tracker said Homebound is available immediately to all of its clients in the United States and Canada and is aimed at improving capacity planning, labour management and fleet utilization, particularly for operations running multiple locations across the Canada-U.S. border.
