Dispatch Science launches unified AI-driven logistics platform

Dispatch Science unveiled a unified logistics platform aimed at streamlining last-mile carrier operations, announced during Manifest 2026 in Las Vegas.

The platform combines transportation management, integration, automation and analytics into a single AI-driven system designed to replace multiple standalone tools often used by logistics companies.

The company said the platform integrates its enterprise transportation management system with DSX, a suite of tools that allows carriers and shippers to customize workflows, automate decision-making and develop new capabilities as their operations evolve.

“The last-mile industry has been stuck choosing between systems that work out of the box but can’t adapt, or platforms that require endless customization and maintenance,” said Arthur Axelrad, co-founder and CEO of Dispatch Science. “We’re introducing a third path – a platform where the TMS and the tools to extend it exist together. Our customers get enterprise-grade operations on day one, and the freedom to build what comes next without starting over. This is how modern logistics companies will compete and win.”

Dispatch Science said DSX supports millions of deliveries annually and allows companies to implement custom business rules, automate workflows and integrate with other software systems through application programming interfaces.

The DSX suite includes DataBridge, an integration layer designed to unify application programing interfaces, electronic data interchange and file exchanges and DataSync, which provides real-time access to operational data for dashboards, reporting and internal system integration. The company said DataHive, a reporting and analytics platform, is expected to launch this spring.

The platform also uses artificial intelligence to support operational processes, including routing, pricing, driver coaching and settlement, the company said.

“The era of disconnected logistics systems is over,” said Alex Proteau, co-founder and CTO of Dispatch Science. “We’ve built a truly unified platform where execution, integration, automation and intelligence work together seamlessly. We’re enabling carriers to scale operations, serve enterprise customers and adapt to the future of logistics, without being held back by their technology.”

Dispatch Science said it releases platform updates every eight weeks and plans to continue investing in its technology to help customers adapt to changing market conditions.
