The company said its updated OPUS platform allows organizations to create, test and manage AI agents that can perform supply chain tasks in seconds while providing audit trails, operational records and performance dashboards.
According to TraceLink, the system enables companies to review and approve agent workflows before deployment, track changes that could affect performance and monitor operating costs and business outcomes.
